It is important that the person lodging the visa application has thorough knowledge of the process and in depth understanding of rules, migration laws, practices and legislation. Registered Migration Agents are informed, highly regulated and compliant with Registered Migration Agents Code of Conduct, Australia.They have qualification and detailed knowledge of all visa requirements. Registered Migration Agents are covered by Public Liability Insurance and have cleared Character and Criminal History Checks done by Australian Federal Police.A person who is not a registered migration agent can be uncertain, unfamiliar with Migration Act or Migration Regulations and can make false claims putting your application outcomes at risk.
How can I make an appointment?
To book an appointment please fill contact us form and send it to us, alternatively, you can ring, text or email us your query. We highly recommend in person appointment, However, we are also able to provide Telephone, Email or Skype consultation if required to. Please speak to our consultant about what suits you most as per your convenience.
What to expect at my first appointment?
At your first appointment you will meet with one of our MARA Agent who will be appointed for your case should you wish to go further with the process. The person will take all your details, and discuss your visa requirements, eligibility, exclusions, possible outcomes, government fees and lodgement fees.
Who need to attend the consultation and what I need to bring along?
We expect that the main visa applicant or the person sponsoring the visa is present during the consultation. However, we have high number of people come to us for advise who inquire about their friends/family or on the behalf of the main visa applicant. Please discuss with your agent what is convenient for you. We advise you to bring along any relevant documents with you such as educational certificates, passport, resume, past employment history, residence proof etc. It is vital that we know the details in order determine your case.

What Next?
After your first consultation if you are happy with everything and wish to go further with your visa application then we will get a Client Agreement Form ready and present you for viewing. After reviewing the agreement if you decide to proceed we will ask you to sign the form and make fees payment. Once the payment is received, our consultant will start the visa lodgement process and will be in touch with you to notify about every step. You can choose how you would like to be contacted, we can text, email or voice call.
