Yatharth Bharadwaj
Yatharth obtained a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice with outstanding results, through the University of Victoria.
He understands first hand the many challenges and obstacles clients must overcome in order to achieve temporary or permanent residency as he came himself to Australia in 1998. Since then he has made it his mission to assist many others in their immigration to Australia, working extensively with migrants empowering them to achieve their goals and dreams.
Yatharth has many years of practical experience and knowledge in Australian Migration Law and a proven track record of excellence in visa applications. He has been involved in a range of complex cases and prides himself on his attention to detail and ability to determine the most accurate path in obtaining an Australian visas whist simplifying the process for clients.
In addition to his expertise as accredited Australian Registered Migration, Yatharth can speak Hindi, Urdu and can understand Punjabi and Gujrati.
Yatharth holds full registration to practice Migration Law with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia. Along with his migration law training Yatharth has completed a Health Science Degree at the University of South Australia. And has worked in leading public hospitals in Adelaide.
Shandelle McNeill
Shandelle has successfully completed a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice, following the obtainment of her Bachelor of Nursing Degree.
Her passion for helping others has been evident throughout her career and emphasises that it is a privilege to work with clients from all over the world. She has extensive experience working in the Australian migration industry and enjoys the challenge of assisting clients in obtaining temporary and permanent residency in Australia.
She brings a sound understanding of the migration process and a positive, detailed approach in her provided migration advice. She attributes her success to meticulous training and background, which highlighted the importance of a thorough individualised client assessment, gathering pertinent information, whilst remaining solution focused and ensuring accuracy at uptake.
